Last updated: October 1, 2026

PAY ME TO EXIST (PM2E) is the product and platform operated by Akanni LLC, a California limited liability company (Entity No. 202252211239), at payme2exist.com. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Akanni LLC; “PM2E” and “the service” mean the platform. PM2E currently lets people create accounts and publish profiles. Payment processing is not currently active.

Acceptance

These terms are between you and Akanni LLC, the operator of PM2E. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity you authorize through your account. Do not use someone else’s account or impersonate another person.

Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. These terms do not mean that identity or age verification has been implemented in the current signup flow.

Your PM2E profile

Your username, display name, bio, and profile photo are public. You are responsible for what you publish and for having permission to use it. Usernames are subject to availability and reserved-name rules. A profile is not an endorsement or verification of a person by Akanni LLC.

PM2E’s intended model is person-to-person support: one person sends another person money without requiring a product, service, content, or charitable transaction. Having a profile does not guarantee that you will receive money.

User-provided content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Akanni LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate your profile and the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Akanni LLC.

When content is removed, this permission ends except as needed for lawful retention, backups, and resolving disputes. Akanni LLC cannot retrieve copies independently saved by other people.

Acceptable use

Do not use PM2E for fraud, scams, impersonation, unlawful activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, exploitation, threats, harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not publish illegal content or another person’s private information without authorization.

Do not compromise accounts, bypass security or access controls, upload malicious files, disrupt the service, or use automation to abuse it. Do not falsely claim Akanni LLC verifies users, guarantees income, or endorses a payment or financial opportunity.

Payment functionality and intended fee

PAY ME is not currently a working payment flow. PM2E does not currently process payments, provide payout accounts, or promise that a particular payment method will become available.

If payment services are enabled, Akanni LLC intends to deduct a 2% platform fee from the payment amount. For fiat payments, the proposed fee is rounded to the nearest cent, with half-cent ties rounded up. For example, a $10.00 payment would have a $0.20 PM2E fee and a $9.80 recipient amount before any separately disclosed charges that may apply.

There is no current charge under this proposed fee. The exact amount, applicable fees, recipient amount, and relevant payment terms will be disclosed before an enabled payment is authorized. These terms do not establish any particular cryptocurrency implementation or settlement arrangement.

Third-party financial services

Future payments may depend on approved third-party financial or payment services and their terms, eligibility rules, identity checks, geographic limits, and transaction restrictions. No payment provider is designated by these terms. Availability is subject to required approvals and disclosures; Akanni LLC does not promise instant or guaranteed settlement.

Refunds, reversals, and disputes

There are no active PM2E payment transactions to refund or dispute at this time. Before payments launch, applicable refund, cancellation, reversal, dispute, and fee-treatment rules will be provided. Future transactions may be reversed or disputed under applicable law or provider rules; nothing here waives non-waivable consumer rights or declares all payments final.

Suspension and termination

Akanni LLC may restrict, suspend, remove content from, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, security risks, fraud, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through Contact once the support address is configured.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that should reasonably survive, including lawful retention, accrued obligations, and provisions concerning intellectual property and liability.

Intellectual property

PM2E’s branding, interface, and original site materials belong to their respective owners. Except for your own content and rights otherwise granted by law, these terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or misrepresent those materials or claim affiliation with PM2E.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Akanni LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of user content, earnings, or the conduct of other users. Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Akanni LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or lost opportunities. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Where a limitation is not permitted, applicable law controls.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as PM2E develops. We will update the revision date and provide notice or seek agreement when required by law. New payment functionality will have applicable disclosures before it can be used. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
